Hello Everyone!

Today we speak about fitness psychology!!! Have a cheerful morning and set your heart to have an efficient day!

We started from the following task: Do You Want to Become Cheerful in a Finger Snap? Learn To Manage Your State Through Your Body!

Our behavior and the mode of action are determined by the way we were brought up and it looks like file system.

When we need something, to make an exercise, for example, we make a certain succession of actions.

  • We choose the exercises and arrange them, or open the next MOClub training,
  • We get inspired with the fact we will do good for ourselves and set our mind for exercising with a piece of work-out video.
  • We put on our sport clothes and shoes(and phiten))),
  • Take a drink of water,
  • The work out begins – the voice from your head gives you the orders, which should be fulfilled and the body makes exercises.
  • The mind goes on giving instructions to our body as well: do it better, do it more intensively, do it quicker and with more strength, do not slow down, think or you’ll fall, move your legs faster and arms slower, now speed up. Finally the mind switches off and the body rushes in a fat burning run.

That is the way the automation of the actions is achieved and the habits are formed.

When we know the exercise, the body makes it in full obedience.

In the same way the emotions and even more than that emotional states are adjusted!

Everyone has for sure heard about managing states!

People, who can do it, are considered strong willed or having strong will power.

I am sure you remember that there is no will-power, but just a justification to those who do not want to take responsibility for their behavior, habits and their whole life.

But to be honest most people simply do not know about it!

All the power and strength is inside us.

We simply were not taught to use it.

I made up my mind to develop a new habit in you through working with your body. It’s a habit to believe that you can change yourself in a finger snap – you should just impress in your consciousness the states of being Cheerful, Active, Strong, Loving, Open, Grateful, Enthusiastic, Slender. You should do it through the image, which you can anchor mentally, psychologically and through your body sensations.

As well as we have certain associations for voices and sounds we hear, our body has certain zones to react to the words pronounced and states we have.

I am sure that while watching the video you have had certain sensations or emotions and possibly somebody has rushed already to act and is already working incredibly.

I will repeat it again and again in various ways and anchor this belief in you, because I have turned all the events of my life in the direction I need.

I will add this lesson to our MOClub resource page (available for our Club Members) and to our Cheerful course page  “Cleaning the Vitals and Reducing Your Waist and Hips in the Morning”.

Use it and develop the ability to feel your states and to manage them through your body.

This is the most simple yet effective anchor —   kinesthetic or body anchor – with it you become the master of yourself.

Work on each state for several days, and several times during the day write down where these anchors are, where and how they become stronger and fixed.

The point is to learn to call up the states at the necessary moments and use them.

Now answer the question, please: where do you need the state of Action? (Write at least 10 “places” to use it)
