How to Lose Weight in a Week — Captions

Today my video-answer is about how to lose weight in a short time.
Some people write to me that they want to become slim in one or two weeks, for example. Some people want it in a month. In fact it depends on the aim, which a person sets. Everybody has his or her individual time frame to achieve the result.
Once I answered to a girl, that to become slim in one week you need:
To choose a system of training, which will fit you and meet your individual needs, because trainings increase metabolism very much. That’s why you need the system of exercises for your individual level of training. So you need to find exercises and make a scheme, you should make a plan of training according to you skills and opportunities.
The second thing you should do is to change your eating habits. You should realize, as every reasonable person do that your extra weight was caused by overeating. I hope it’s clear. It means something is wrong with your nutrition. If you haven’t lost weight yet, it means you haven’t changed your nutrition yet.
To increase the results achieved by training you should carefully analyze your nutrition. In most cases I advise to take food frequently. This way of eating is adjusted to human physiology best of all. The size of your stomach is really equal to your fist. Make a fist and look at it, this is the size of your stomach and it means you should take portions of such size. I am sure you also remember that you should even not fill your stomach at full while eating.
If you care about yourself, you should leave space for your stomach to work. There should be enough space inside your stomach for digestion process; you should not stuff yourself with the amount of food usual for an average portion. Imagine that you have your mouthful and try chewing the food. It’s impossible! You should take this into consideration for your menu.
You should have your planned menu, which will determine you eating behavior. You should build up your menu. My advice is not to change your eating habits much in the very beginning. It’s really very difficult. To change everything and start eating like yogis do, to stop eating this, this and this…is very difficult even psychologically.
Your body is not adjusted yet, neither are all the processes, including the metabolic ones, and the inward systems and parts of your body. You whole body anticipates the usual food, like in most cases you eat. We have got used to the daily ration each of us has.
In most cases you choose the food according to your individual preferences; the digestive and hormonal systems of your body are adjusted to this very way of nourishment. When you start introducing something new into your menu, ever if it’s healthy, do it in a very slow and careful way. It means that every time you should add just 1 or 2 new products a week, which are unusual for you, but you want to try them. In fact every new kind of food can cause stress reaction in your body, be toxic for it. That’s why you should be very careful.
There is one more thing which may help and speed up your result of losing a lot of weight in a short time.
If you have strong intention, train and eat less, then you will lose weight intensively, and consequently you get stressed. The more stress you get, the more chances you have to give up and come back to your weight. Still there are people, who cope with the task.
Help yourself with massage and other additional means you can do. It will help your skin to turn over and you to fix the result with proper procedures. In fact, it’s additional method, which complements everything, what I have told you. I would even say that nutrition should go first and training after it. In fact if you do not change your food, if you go on eating what you ate before, the result will still be, but several times lower, simply because of training. That’s why you should pay your attention to it.
If you want a result and set up certain aims, please make careful consideration why you need this.
Is it really worth to impoverish your systems?
Do you really need to lose a lot in a short time?
It’s my firm belief that reasonable, wise, gradual attitude to the process of losing weight is maintained by time.
The result is then fixed with everything you do and you are satisfied with it. It’s really great to get minus several centimetres on your waist!
I know for myself, that if I fail to eat for a day, if I have been intoxicated for example, everybody around me starts to notice that I become slimmer. I have my belly slimmed, my bones come forward, certain part sinks and the waist reduces for 2 centimetres.
So which variant do you choose for yourself?
I think to eat is correct, we were born to eat, to digest; these processes were presupposed for us, before we even were born. We should take something from the outer world and give something back. In the similar way it works with training: you add something to your body with your inner force and you inner concentration. As a result you give away something; you lose energy, burn your fat and reduce in size.
Please consider carefully all the measures you are eager to take to lose your extra weight. Especially difficult it can be to get rid of 5 last extra kilos. To lose 5 out of 30 is usually OK, even psychologically.
It’s tremendous work, make careful analysis if you are ready to deal with the consequences of the quick weight loss. In most cases such results are connected with a very restricted diet. If you are ready for this, then you will have to recover after such a diet.
I had the consequences, which I was dealing with for a year and a half.
Yesterday I was writing an article on the topic of metabolism of fats and hormones. I came across the following information: when the level of fats in woman body drops under 15%, all the reproductive processes fail. Women stop to ovulate and to menstruate. It was with me as well. I had to go back; quite possible that was the reason why I gained weight again.
Thanks to the extra kilos I got, I started to be concerned about myself. That was how I found my own way and my own training technique, which leads me to the new results every other training. In my Facebook account you can find my photo report, started in September 2012. In the report I describe everything I have achieved in a week. Sometimes there is a gap in 2 weeks, but I write what I have done, what I have achieved, what my further challenges are and what I am happy with.
I also share what my failures and difficulties are. I am sure that the way of reasonable, wise, adult and reserved goal setting is more correct. In most cases people who have done nothing before, but put very ambitious aims from the start, quickly lose their self-confidence. You may try 2,3, may be 10 times and fail, then psychological pattern of failure is anchored in your mind.
How will it influence your whole further life?
Just think how will it influence all your further actions?
Think of your life in general.
Have you been keeping to a diet?
Was it successful?
How much did you lose?
Did you manage to keep the result?
How often did you do this?
How often did you start something new in your life and had to come back to the very beginning?
How often have you failed to achieve your goal?
To my mind it de-motivates greatly and makes you step back.
It’s better to take gradual steps, which move you further. Make one training today and another in a day, then one more in several days. Change one of your eating habits, play with it, live with it for a while, analyze what is happening, ask other people about their eating behavior. Pay attention to it. It’s really exciting to study yourself, your own habits and change them consciously, not just according to somebody else’s pattern suggested to you.
You can be suggested some scheme by the trainer or by a sport system in general, but it does not mean it will work for you, it can in fact work against you. I suggest you to think it over and share your opinion.

One situation has just occurred to me. I know one man, who has achieved very good result quickly. He has lost 6 kilos in 4 days. I remember he told that he drank only tea with sugar, and had great motivation. He was a very interesting, motivated, creative personality, who can achieve results. I know such kind of people.
He was a ballet dancer and had about 6 kilos extra weight. He was sick and tired of that extra kilos and he just stopped eating for 4 days. When we spoke with this guy later about his situation I understood how much he had been ready psychologically. He had felt extremely uncomfortable.
You get result if you really feel inside yourself the extreme discomfort. With me it was when I trained 4 times a day, ate in small portions, but could not get rid of the 2 centimetres. That was the moment, when I realized that it was some kind of psychological dependence. It took me 3 or 4 years, to be frank, to analyze my nutrition and my weight from psychological point of view.
